Have you taken the Passion Test?

I took a wonderful book with me on vacation called "The Passion Test" by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood. If you haven't read it yet, it's a MUST READ book. I followed their recommendations and did all of the worksheets as they suggested throughout the book and I was able to really clarify my own Passions.

There is an exercise for you to come up with your top 5 Passions. Once I came up with my list of Passions, I was able to quantify them with my Passion Markers and then get emotionally involved with them through my Passion Pages.

The Passion Markers help you quantify how you will know when you have achieved your Passions. It’s important that you write out your Passion Markers. The Passion Pages help you write out how you will feel when you have achieved each of your Passions.

So many times we just read a book and don't do the worksheets or the exercises in it and then wonder why we didn't get anything out of it - except for some additional knowledge. We must take action on it if we want to effect change! Action is the key that many of us miss.

You can take the Passion Test on-line, go to www.PeakPerformanceWomen.com, it's on the "Fun Stuff" page. Do the exercises and create your own new Passionate world!

To your Success!

Each year TBBJ recognizes the contributions that women have made to the Tampa Bay’s business community by awarding women in business with the title of BusinessWoman of the Year.

To recognize one of the major contributions Ms. Kathy Perry has made to the Tampa Bay area, is the formation of PeakPerformanceWomen.com, which is dedicated to women as a free resource in achieving Peak Performance in various areas of their lives. Ms. Perry developed PeakPerformanceWomen.com not just to focus on the physical body and getting into great shape, but also to focus on all areas of the body/mind/spirit, emotional/mental, spiritual,
financial, healing/health and nutrition/fitness. Many women find themselves so involved in their families and careers that they forget to take care of themselves and PeakPerformanceWomen.com was developed to help change this.

“I want to congratulate Kathy on her selection as a finalist,” said Mr. Roy Jaeger, President/CEO. “This is a great achievement and recognizes the contributions that Kathy has made to the business community of Tampa Bay.”
